A 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking which will be confirmed when funds arrive

in the bank.  The 50% balance is payable 30 days before arrival.  Deposits are non-refundable (Covid excepting).

Bedroom 2 - two three-quarter single beds (can be set up as a double bed)

Bedroom 3 - two single beds

Additional sitting area – including 2 sofas which in an emergency can be used as extra beds

Shower room with basin and loo

Bathroom with bath and basin

2nd loo with basin

(Sounds mad but works well when lots of people come back from the beach all wanting to clean up straight away!)
